期中家长会

Parents Meeting of Mid-Semester

2021-2022第一学期的期中家长会，我们以" 家校相向而行，我们向阳而生。”为主题召开。与之前不同的是，这次我们为新老学生家长重新介绍了我们的六大学院；探讨了如何进一步优化学校教育与家庭教育的双结合；如何将用心陪伴，不断进阶我们的教育理念，成就孩子的美好未来等话题进行深入讨论、交流沟通。

In the spirit that student families and our school come to embrace each other, and go toward a positive and bright future, the parents meeting of school year of 2021-2022 is warmly held. The new highlights of this meeting re-introduced six colleges of our school.  These colleges optimize the cooperation between parents and school.  And, they increase quality time to be with students and continuously upgrade our educational philosophy thus achieving bright future for each student.

Principle Speech on Main Theme

“Assured Education - Parents and School Hand in Hand Going Forward”

作为英华第二个四年的开始，Peter校长以“放心教育”为核心，为家长朋友们分享了英华的教育使命。在第二个四年发展规划里，我们会着重落实校园文化规划、学校体制规划、学校信息储备规划、学生学术成长规划、心灵成长规划等。英华希望和家长共同成长，家校一起感受到肩上的责任感和使命感，共同前行。

The primary feature of this program is increasing quality time to be with students. This feature simultaneously leads to bright future both for students and the school. Beliefs demonstrated after this parents meeting will further join our parents and the school in our common goals. Parents and Yinghua will become the best partners in educating our children to be very patriotic as well as having global view whereby they arrive very capable to enter into the university of their wishes.

学术校长Tom从四个方面向家长表明管理层在学业管理的决心和策略：第一，学术校长深入一线教学；第二，英华国际学科竞赛校内赛的贯彻执行；第三，英华学生的学业导师制的方案执行，责任到每一位教师和每一位学生；第四，引入教师教学基本功大赛和绩效考核制度，保障把教学服务和教学质量作为我们唯一的追求。感谢所有家长对于英华的信任，我们会全力以赴做好！

Academic Principle Tom delivered a speech on our determination and strategy in four aspects regarding academic management. The first is Academic Principle himself would teach students at the teaching front line; the second is to carry out internal competition on various subjects at the international level; the third is an academic mentor program, whereby each student is assigned an academic mentor. The fourth is to introduce competition of teaching ability among teachers and KPI to evaluate teachers’ work, assure our goal on educational service and quality. Great Thanks for the trust from parents! We will completely devote ourselves in this principled path.

为了给英华学子创造全方位的支持与指导，除了在学术方面的提升以外，各项综合素质也要全面发展。这六大学院的组成就是为了我们的孩子们赋能为！未来学院和文创学院可以更好提供未来专业选择的帮助；礼仪学院、成长学院和思辨学院可以提高学生的综合能力；家长学院是家校共同成长的关键，一起携手为孩子的成长共同努力。

In addition to the improvement in academic ability, we provide comprehensive support and guidance to build student capability in all directions. The purpose of the six colleges of Yinghua Cambridge International School is to develop all around abilities of students. Future College and Creative Writing College provides assistance for the student in making choices for his or her future study at the university. Critical Thinking College, Growth College and Manner College help students to improve their overall problem-solving ability. Parents College is the key for parents and the school to grow together, by working hand-in-hand working for the enhancement of children’s better growth.

各班交流分享

用心同行，守护成长

集体讲座和表彰会结束之后，家长们移步各教室参加各班级内部家长会。各班结合新学期新目标，分别从学生的学习生活情况以及“家校携手共进，共同守护学生成长”的方向展开针对性的交流。通过本次家长会，英华希望同学们在集体中向阳成长，学习生活更加丰富多彩。

After speeches were presented, as well as school awards, parents went back to their child’s class and communicated in the classroom. Each class combined current goals of the class students, based upon the spirit of “parents and the school grow together by working hand-in-hand guide" that guards and assures the students growth, then discussed more specific issues. Through this parents meeting, Yinghua Cambridge International School expects that the students would grow in all positive aspects at school and enhance the variety of study life at Yinghua.
